Submit URL to Bing Webmaster Tools
First of all you have to sign in with your Microsoft Account or if you don’t have the Microsoft account you can sign up for free. For this purpose you can also sign up with Gmail account.
After creating your email ID successfully you have to sign in at Bing Webmaster Tools than simply add your website or blog url in the given field. (for example See the picture below.)
Submit Sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools for Blogspot Users
Afterward you will be asked to enter the URL of your blog website and Sitemap of your Blog. ( for example See the Picture Below)
Next you have to enter the URL or blog address and in the next field i.e Add a Sitemap of your blog URL.

This will Index till 500 Posts:

Verify ownership after Submitting URL to Bing
After you click Add button further you will again redirected to the next page here you have to Verify ownership for your given URL or your blog URL. To verify the ownership of the blog you have three methods which are as follows-
Option 1: Place an XML file on your web server.
Option 2: Copy and paste a <meta> tag in your default webpage.
Option 3: Add CNAME record to DNS.
For this purpose you have only one option for verifying the ownership of your blogger blogspot blog that is meta tag.
Option 2: Copy and paste a <meta> tag in your default webpage meta tag is look like this

Note: Don’t copy this meta tag. Of course it’s just for giving you an example!!
You have to copy the <Meta> tag from the verification method page and paste it on the blogger template of your blog.
Copy and paste a <meta> tag in your Template
Just sign in into your blogger dashboard further select Template Option from the drop down menu of your blog.( for example See the picture below)
Than click on the “Edit HTML” button and paste the <meta> tag in between the header section i.e <head></head> section. For this purpose I will suggest you to paste the <meta> tag just after the opening of <head> tag. Afterwards save the HTML template. After saving the Template, finally you have to switch tab to Bing Webmaster Tools Verification Page and click “Verify”.

WordPress users can check their sitemap in their respective SEO plugin. Yoast SEO put the sitemap like this. https://roaritloud.com/sitemap_index.xml Or simply check your Robots.txt file for your respective sitemap.
Paste Verification code in YOAST SEO Webmaster Tools

You have to copy the text of content without quotes i.e. A4561564JHFG535JBKD4554 (for example) and save the changes.
Verify ownership for Bing Webmaster Tools
After saving changes, finally you have to switch tab to Bing Webmaster Tools Verification Page and click “Verify”.
